Marty has been in the foodservice industry for over 30 years and has been involved in hospitality operation, design, development, and recruiting since 1986. He has successfully designed, developed and opened restuarants and food service facilities in the United States, as well as abroad. In addition, he has recruited and placed hundreds of managers and chefs.
Marty has earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston. He has been recognized as a Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management Distinguished Alumni.
